The World Master's Games kicked off this weekend with a literal bang, as pyrotechnics and New Zealand's largest ever laser light show lit up the skies above Eden Park. Roughly 28,000 registered athletes from over 100 countries and 28 disciplines will compete for glory over the next 10 days.
The Rollercoaster team has been kept busy with Production and Site Management services.

When it comes to custom construction we always enjoy a challenge. DB Export and Collenso BBDO teamed up with Rollercoaster to develop an ambitious concept into a reality.
Armed with the idea that the answer to the global sand shortage could be drinking beer, the teams worked together through R&D, design, build and fabrication phases.

Karen Maurice-O’Leary of Bright Calm City approached us with the idea of putting her original poetry into the environment at Splore this year. Rollercoaster then printed and formed the poem pages that hung in an iconic Pohutukawa tree at Tapapakanga Park.
Whether it was lying under the tree with a loved one, or an impromptu performance of the poems to the crowd, the event-goers seemed to love the idea.

The bar was retrofitted into 'The Original Glenfiddich Club' an exclusive event for whisky-lovers and their invited mentors.

Rollercoaster teamed up with Jessica Blair Design to produce this bold industrial design for the Sunset Bar at Wero whitewater park in Manukau. The bar and exterior areas form a key part of the Momentum Hub container village.
Lawson's Cypress was used throughout to tie everything together, while details are accented through the considered use of materials such as granite, steel, copper, brass & concrete.
